I walked into an open house that Carmen was hosting in early 2015 she heard what I was looking for and understood when I explained that I was not ready yet. She followed up with me for a whole year but NEVER in a money hungry way like other realtors! That’s how I knew I would choose her to by my realtor when I was ready. Fast forward to Jan 2016 me and my family were ready. Carmen helped us every step of the way from recommending an awesome Loan Officer to helping us search for the perfect property. The process was hard we were looking for a multi-​family property with 3 families involved. Carmen and her team did everything possible for us to get the property that we fell in love with and and June 3^rd we got the keys to that property! I am so happy we found her team and I would definitely recommend her to anyone of my friends and family.

Wow! Where do I even begin? Carmen accomplished everything I hoped for. I first reached out to Carmen on Apr 6^th to see if she can sell my house as-​is without listing it because I was in a situation where I needed to sell ASAP. I reached out specifically to her because I knew she specialized in the area I live. I asked her if she possibly had a client already that was looking for a house in my neighborhood and she did! An offer was written up the next day and I accepted. From there on out, everything happened quickly and in an organized manner. She was always available to answer all my questions and assured me she would help me find a new home. Escrow closed on my house and I received my settlement exactly 30 days later. To top it off, I can happily say after 2 offers I put in on 2 different places, my offer was accepted on the 2^nd one. How is that for efficient service? It took me 6 months to find my last home and she delivered in less than a month. I’m so excited! We plan to close in 3 weeks. Thank you, Carmen for everything! You’ve truly been a blessing!

My husband and I found Carmen through Unilocal and based on the reviews and our experience, it was the right choice. We started out thinking that our home would sell quickly, then we had some problems with the market and how the process was changing… We got discouraged. At one point we were going to pull it off the market, then Carmen was able to negotiate and make all the numbers work, with us being happy with the sale price and the new owners getting into the home they really wanted at the price they could afford. Everyone was happy. :) We highly recommend Carmen, whether you are buying or selling.

Well what can I say?! A+++ service from Carmen! Her professionalism and real estate knowledge is a cut above the rest and beyond exceeded our expectations. She was always willing to meet our demands and never was frustrated with our indecisiveness of what we wanted (or didn’t want). She also made sure she made her self available for us on our time. My fiancé and I both have tough schedules and get off very late, but Carmen was always willing to accommodate that and show us homes whenever we were available no matter how late.
Even when we finally closed on the sale of our house she made sure we would get the keys that night, no matter what time we were off! We even got to do a late night «sold sign selfie» which she loves so much!

I meant to write this review last month… better late than never! My husband I had been thinking about buying for a while since the cost to rent has gone up sky high in the Bay Area. After a good friend of ours sold her home with Carmen we decided to take our friends advice and contact Carmen for consultation… we are so glad we did! She took her time in explaining the home buying process and the steps needed to get prequalified to buy a home in this market. Unfortunately, it’s bad timing for us right now but we will absolutely call Carmen when we are ready. We had no idea what to expect but after meeting with her, now we have a game plan and in place and look forward to buying next year when all of our ducks are in a row! When you make that BIG decision that is time to buy your first home you need someone who is knowledgable, flexible, and trustworthy and that’s exactly what we found in Carmen Hernandez. When I first spoke to Carmen and told her exactly what my husband and I were looking for she wasted no time and immediately got on task. With all the worries and concerns that come along as first time buyers, Carmen made sure that this process was a smooth experience. Carmen was attentive and listen to every single thing we would ask for (trust me we were very specific to what type of property we were looking) and she delivered. As I mentioned above, knowledge and flexibility are HUGE in this business and Carmen did exactly that. It did not matter the day or time, Carmen always answered or call, e-​mails, and/​or text messages. Her knowledge and experience would come into place when we would look at properties that were not worth our time she would make sure to explain to us the cons of these specifics properties. Carmen was my agent in my first sale and I just have to say that she did a great job fighting for me in a challenging transaction. I don’t think it’s fair to review an agent who was not your agent. It would be like reviewing an attorney who represented the other party. Her work showed the value of having a real estate agent as these homes do not just sell them selves, there are many moving parts in a real estate transaction. It’s why you need an agent. Without getting into specifics there were repeated delays on the buyers side which delayed the transaction getting finalized. And when it looked like we might be in for another run-​around she got the deal done.

I had an amazing experience working with Carmen and her team. I live in Las Vegas and I was very nervous on how I was going to sell my property. I had to finally give up and do a short sale, I was not able to spend money or any time going down to check the property so I was not sure how this all was going to work.
