Trout & Wine Tours

My boyfriend and I did two days of wine tours with Trout and Wine and couldn’t be happier. We found out about them through their rave reviews on Trip Advisor, and they didn’t disappoint. The booking process with Charlie was also a breeze, and we completed all of it from the US just by a few emails.
Our first day of touring, we visited Lujan De Cuyo and our second day was to Uco Valley. Both days the bus showed up right on time, and we loved both guides: Andrea and Sofia. We were not expecting the guides to be so knowledgeable, but WOW did these girls know their stuff. Both had studied wine at the college and post college level extensively, with Sofia traveling to France for 3 summers to work with master wine makers. They shared really in depth material with us and we felt like we learned a ton.
That being said, the tours were also extremely fun! We loved our groups of 8 people and felt everyone had a great dynamic for sharing the day together. Both lunches were HUGE (4 to 5 courses) and full of high quality food and wine. We enjoyed steaks each day, and had such big and late lunches that we didn’t even end up eating dinner!
