Considering last time I went to a Billy Baxters I was nearly hospitalized since ‘no mushroom I am allergic’ somehow translated to ‘lets hide as much mushroom in here as we can’ I was hesitant about this place, despite it being a completely different franchise location etc. Upon entering the place was absolutely dead, even at the lunch time rush hour. We ordered Chicken tenders with salad and chips. The tenders were fantastic, even if there were only 3 to share between the two of us. The chips were cold and the salad was warm, so sadly they must have gotten confused. The bathroom: Hoo boy… I am glad I usually have sanitizer and hand wipes in my bag because I needed them. A customer should not feel like they have to clean the toilet before using it. The cleaning roster on the back stated that someone had cleaned it just 5 minutes prior, but we had been there for at least 15 minutes before that, and I did not see one person(place was empty) use the bathroom, so someone is either lying, or did a really crappy(pun intended) job of cleaning the bathroom. All in all the Chicken Tenders were fantastic but it was a mostly mediocre experience, and I wouldn’t return here, purely because of my experience with the bathroom.

Billy Baxter’s is pretty standard, they’ll make coffees and sandwiches and all the other basics and they will do them okay but it is rarely something to write home about. I have found this one to be quite consistent with their food and their service, it’s a place where you can be sure of everything being the same as last time you visited and that is quite comforting to know.
