As co-​founder of Edge Recruitment, Jane has overall responsibility for the management and growth of the contracting team as well as specialising in executive recruitment.

Known for her ever-​calm and level headed approach to business, Jane is a consummate professional and has developed an enviable reputation for recruiting the best people in the property industry.

Her knowledge of the property industry and her zealous approach to achieving highly ethical and professional standards, has cemented her success. Jane is a past member of TEC (The Executive Connection); an international organisation for CEO’s and business owners. She has received many invitations to sit on industry committees such as the Real Estate Institute of South Australia and Property Council of Australia and is passionate about the career development of women in the property industry.
