H&R Block

I was expecting a huge office building, shiny floors, lots of suits. I obviously haven’t had my tax done before.
The office was in fact tiny, and there were just two very lovely ladies working there. I was a few months late with my tax, okay, about 6 months late. I’d never used an accountant before, because I’ve never had complicated tax.
Thankfully the lady who helped me out was so fantastic that I wondered what I’d been worried about. She explained why she was doing anything, didn’t bat an eyelid when I searched for receipts in my emails (printer broke) and was also helpful with any questions I had.
From the sounds of things they’re a tiny bit more expensive than some, but if you’re getting it back on tax it won’t make too much of a difference.
