An Internode customer for at least 5 or 6 years. When working the service is great but when it cuts out it’s unmanageable. The service team tries to help and is polite. However, following suggestions like«let’s plug another phone cable in» and«can you connect another modem?» — neither of which I happened to have lying around the house ‘just in case’ — I inquired about an Internode service technician coming out with the equipment to liaise with the phone team & fix the problem. The answer? «Sure, that’ll be $ 99 for the first hour and then…». A little surprising considering I’m already paying for a service that’s not up to standard.

I have been using internode for the past 4 years. Myself and my partner moved house recently and they stated(despite what they promise in their advertisements that connection will be with 48 hours) that it would take a week to move the internet over. We waited at the home all day and no one rocked up. We then called you guys and you said to wait another 24 hours for it to be connected. We waited another 24 hours. Nothing happened. We called again. Apparently the service man came to our house and no one was home. We were home, the door was even left open so we could hear if someone was knocking. Now we aren’t getting connected(if that even happens) for another week and a half. This is unacceptable internode as you should e rewarding your loyal customers not treating them like this. My job is a media manager for which I need home internet to connect with my clients and social media sites instantly. I have now spent over $ 400 on my phone bills 3G in the last week and now you are putting it off for another week and a half. I hope you have a good pr management system because this is totally unacceptable.

I’ve been using Internode as my primary internet connection ever since I was able to escape the horrible grasp of a Telstra cable internet contract. Until very recently, Internode has been an Adelaide owned and operated internet service provider. It’s still Adelaide operated, but it was recently bought out by iiNet. Nothing seems to have changed though. I’ve moved house about 5 times in the last three years and each time it has been very easy with Internode. I strongly suggest Internode to anyone who asks me what service providers to go for.

I’ve been using Internode as my home connection for just under ten years, moving between three homes all without issue. Rock solid connection with I think three service interruptions in the past ten years total. Their network is well managed meaning no bandwidth bottlenecks. Customer support is always there when I need it. FetchTV works as advertised. It may be a little more than it’s competitors but I find the extra is worth it for piece of mind.
