This is one of the more popular watch and jewellery stores on the main street. There is a large selection of big brand watches along with the more famous jewellery ‘brands’. Having said that, this is first and foremost a highstreet store, appealing to the masses and unfortunately, those with little knowledge of anything outside of that bubble world. If you are in dire need of something on offer here as quick as you can, then yes, this could be your saving grace. The customer service is exceptional. But they are trained as salesmen and not jewellers. Although friendly and always smiling, their knowledge of the jewellery trade goes little beyond profit and a quick sell. In my personal search for a quality diamond ring, this was one of those cases where I knew more than the salesman, and would play along to see how far they would go. I don’t mean to offend any who has spent over $ 10,000 in this store, but the jewellery is overpriced for what it is. The daily ‘sales’ banners are a gimmick, and the discounts are false. If you set foot in this store, you may well be overwhelmed by the customer service and come out smiling, but do a bit of research and you will find that there are other places offering much more for much much less.

23/12/2011 Photos I had no idea what to expect from this place. It could’ve gone really badly or go really well. Not many words can describe the feelings of wonder and awe that was presented to me today. They literally took my breath away until I couldn’t speak anymore. I was silenced for minutes. I’ll admit, after building me up from pearls to small affordable rings to the one that they claimed to be the most expensive ring(made by ‘RAND’) in the entire Adelaide. I couldn’t argue. I had no evidence to disagree with them. I went in, I was a «sucker that got served», I saw, I was silenced, and I was loved not just by the first customer service attendant(I asked her, «Can I move in here? Seriously, can I stay here?»), but I ended up with all 5 shop assistants and the store manager Meaghan all admiring my choices of jewellery. She even offered and poured us two champagne glasses of water! What other jewellery store did that for me? They confidently said they were«Second to none, based purely on their service». Definitely one of, if not the top spot worth putting on your list of jewellery stores to go to for your loved one/s. I felt like Unilocaling at the top of my lungs! This is the very rare type of store I wish I could give 6 stars for the deadliest combo of best product and best service I have ever experienced! No-one in Adelaide(so far) has come close to them. Ummm…this is the moment when Drake comes into the song and says, «You the BEST I Ever Had, You the BEST I Ever Had!»
