Ian R.

Business Owner

A qualified Chef by trade doing his apprenticeship with The Adelaide Festival Theatre in the 1970’s. Ian has always had an interest in wildlife from an early age, hand raising kangaroo joeys, keeping frogs, lizards & snakes. With being forced to retire from catering after 15 years due to health reasons, he then completed a 3 month Small Business Management Course & went on to develop Snake-Away Services to where it is today, being supported by a team of professionally trained contractors that are highly skilled in Venomous/Dangerous snake removal. Ian has coordinated many public educational displays of over 300 square metres — educating the public about snakes & other native fauna that has learnt to live with us as our suburbs expand further.
