Yoi do some pretty yummy noodles, and its definitely a place im happy to go to lunch at if im in the city. Their hokkein vegie noodles are probably my favourite, though their chicken teryaki and noodles is a winner too. I do agree with Scott that there are better places around when it comes to sushi, not that the sushi is bad here. Its just not that memorable.

Very middle-of-the-road as far as noodles go. I don’t eat seafood, so that kinda limits my choices here, but the noodles are pretty good for what the place is. The salient points are that the place is cheapish, relatively fast, you’ll feel reasonably full after a serve, and you won’t be bringing it up within minutes of eating it. There are better places nearby, but many, many worse places too. It’s a fairly safe bet.

Yoi was the first food stall I tried in the City Cross after they remodeled it. I was pretty content with what I got, though there isn’t too much you can screw up with Sushi Rolls! I have had the odd noodle dish since and they hit the spot for a quick lunch. After trying most of the other places in City Cross I would say that Yoi is about 4th on my list when it comes to choosing my lunch destination, and it is only when I am going for the noodles. The sushi rolls are a lot better just outside the door at It’su, just a tip.
