Terrible customer service. If you’re going to have a website then it needs to work and your staff need to know what is on it.
Tried to order flowers for delivery to a 5153 postcode. The website FAQs note that this is a hills postcode with a fixed price delivery. But when I put my order through online it was $ 19.50.
When I rang up they told me delivery was $ 13.50 and even though I said that this was at odds with the website they told me that addresses in the 5153 postcode could be up to 15 km (?!) from Aldgate. Both staff I talked to were really quite unpleasant and unwilling to have a sale.

If you’re looking to get some flowers that are just a little bit different then check out Berries & Blooms. It’s a difficult store to walk past, what with the beautiful shimmery window displays and the pink plastic flamingos in the box outside (have I mentioned I’m a sucker for pink flamingo lawn ornaments?).
I moseyed on in there not so long ago to get some birthday flowers for a girlfriend of mine and it was like walking inside to an outside floral fantasy forest; there was an orange Christmas tree!
No I wasn’t on acid.
There is a nice variety of flowers available and the florist put a lovely arrangement of blue orchids together for me along with a gift card to match! Call me lazy but my hand writing is pretty awful so it was nice when she offered to write in the card for me with her fancy calligraphy.
This shop has both real flowers and ‘I cant believe they’re not real’ flowers. The range from modern to elegant to cottage style is nicely combined but I’m still undecided on the unconventional orange Christmas tree…
