Ain’t nothing express about Express Glass. Two months ago my balcony door blew off in those wild storms we had. I know right. Anyway, it started off well, Express were super busy what with all the damage around town but they sent someone out at midnight to nail some wood into place just to keep the rain out. Schweet. Then things went downhill. For three weeks I didn’t have a door, every time I called they’d say«yep, it’s on order, we were just about to call you.» I never received any of these said calls, however — seems I always called them just before they were about to call me. Timing, eh? So far I’ve had three different people out to finish the job, but none of them have been able to. It’s a door. Can’t be that tough, right? So, a few months in and I’m still waiting on a facing plate to be ordered, and for them to give me the fittings from my old door so I can put my blinds back on. I get they must be busy, but after calling them 7 – 8 times and always getting the same«Oh yep it’s on order we were going to call you today» response every. single. time, I’ve lost all faith in their customer service. Plus it’s summer. I want to use my balcony. Ugh.
