Jon Dobson is your guy when it comes to 4WD’s I have an 80 series landcruiser that needed work to be done and wanted to get an honest opinion. I knew it needed new brakes and few other things but trusted Jon to give me some clean advice. He serviced my 4wd and gave me very competitive quote with the bits that needed doing.
He owns the business and known what’s what when it comes to 4WD’s — so if you want to get your 4WD serviced, repaired or tuned, go see Jon. I also recommend the engine clean, it was filthy when I went in and came out sparkly!
It’s easy to get to, very close Kew (just over the bridge) Alphington and heidelberg heights just around the corner.

Best Car Service Centre in Melbourne — simple as that.
Jon is friendly, honest (which is hard to find in this industry) and goes out of his way to source the cheapest parts that are still quality. Left mirror ended up $ 100 cheaper than next best quote.
Reason I initially called these guys was because they claim to be a brake specialist in Melbourne doing brake repair, and they are! Got brakes checked (new the pads were coming up on being replaced but was informed they will be all good until next service — that’s honesty), oil-​change, steering/​wheel checked. Everything all good. And my car felt smooth afterwards.
