Sede is a great little place, and I’m glad that we have at least one nice, trendy-ish place in Annandale! All of the tapas-style items I’ve tried have been nice, and the pizzas are really great.

Mojito that was more ginger beer than cocktail. Prawn pizza had mushrooms which was slightly undercooked. Diavola pizza was good though

At last, someone is making a good effort. We’ve seen this venue space go through a few iterations, and they’ve generally been sub-par. Aside from the fact that it can become a bit of a family go-to option(not great for those of us kid-free), they have a good selection of food, wine and beer/ciders. It doesn’t have any major competitors nearby(except maybe Vinery on Johnston St) for nightlife so it seems to be filling its niche very well.

Very nice pizza and tapas-type offerings. Good wine list and sangria and cocktails options, though we were waiting a LONG time for drinks to arrive. Pleasant service. Very cosy for winter, looking forward to summer afternoons on the balcony too!

A great little place, that has nice«traditional style» pizza and a short but decent menu of pretty nice food. I really like that they’ve gotten rid of the separation between the upstairs and downstairs areas and now offer a full menu in both as the old Pizza downstairs and everything else upstairs model they had didn’t work. The upstairs balcony is a great place to sit, on a warm sun soaked evening it was really very pleasant to be there. There also appear to be live music now, there was a duo playing acoustic covers which were nice background music and definitely added to the atmosphere. Great for a inexpensive light meal in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
