Worst hair cut of my life. I had hair down to my navel that I asked to get«only trimmed» as I want it long for my wedding. She«trimmed» my hair right up shorter than nipple line and it looked hacked and uneven everywhere. I didn’t notice this until I got home and then I also saw about 20 strands of hair that hadn’t even been cut and were inches longer than the rest which I then had to cut myself. I liked the girl that did my hair and hadn’t realised what a poor job she’d done at the time and just how short it was until I got home. I grew more annoyed with it through the week so I felt the need to call them and explain how unhappy I was. He just defended his staff regardless, didn’t hear me, spoke over the top of me and was incredibly rude and unsympathetic. Given I paid extra to go to a «good» salon before my wedding, I expected SO much better, I have never had such a negative experience with a hair appointment. People are still shocked when I take my hair out to show them my botched hair cut. I give this place 0 out of 5 for customer relation skills.

I don’t know why it took me so long to make an appointment at Cheveux. I can literally see it from my salon and a lot of my clients go there. Not sure but I am pretty happy I did. The salon is relaxing and spacious and the service is really good. I am super happy with my stylist and the girls who do my colour plus I love the quality of my hair extensions. I even got a call and someone popped in to see me at work to make sure I was happy with how they turned out. Talk about service! They are open Wednesday evenings like us and that is a great time to go if you work during the day. Even better is weekdays early when it is a little quieter and relaxed. Saturdays can get busy! Do yourself a favour and make a booking. Don’t wait like I did!!!
