This has become my local sweet-​fix go to! The smoothies are to die for — try the piña colada or the mixed berries :)
The waffles and pancakes are delicious and generously served.
The thick shakes are also packed full of flavour.
Staff are always attentive and cery friendly, doing a great job of up-​selling to make sure their customers definately get the full treatment and flavour impact!
I love coming here, hanging with friends, people watching and devouring amazingly tasty sweet food :)

This might be an ice cream and waffle store but don’t be fooled! This place has the best coffee in Applecross!
On top of that yes the ice cream is fantastic. Rather addictive actually. Gelare are now serving a breakfast menu and I must make mention to their delicious Banana waffle sandwich.
Ice cream selection is good, Persian rose water, low fat choc chip and raw coconut are personal favorites of mine. It’s also great to come here with some friends score a booth and just chill out.
Me and my local people have been coming here for over 10 years. The customer service is great too and the owner is a very nice man.

It’s waffles, it’s gelato, it’s close to home and by golly, it’s yummy!!! There are lots of other locations around Perth metro area but this one is my fav thus far.
I’ve loved Gelare since forever and half-​price waffles on Tuesdays can only mean trouble (for my belly, that is). All I need is my waffle, some rum & raisin or pistachio gelato, maple syrup and I’m a happy li’l jellybean! It can get pricey if you require extra toppings and that’s why Tuesdays are the best. But don’t be fooled… only the waffles themselves are half-​price. Discount doesn’t include the gelato or toppings.
