My Love of pizza is over 35 years strong, building my own wood fire ovens has also been a passion,
Although my friends and family say it’s an obsession.
I have long wanted Melbourne to taste a pizza just as in Naples, sourcing the best Neapolitan ingredients to give my Guests the best possible pizza experience.
Becoming accredited by the Verace Pizza Napoletana on 24÷1÷2011 and Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani making Scoozi the only double accredited Pizzeria in Australia was the glue binding it all tougher.
