Got a pizza last night from here just a large gluten free to share with the gf who already had one dinner that night.
What a pizza — the wood fire oven roaring in the front section of the store said it all, real pizza made really well and not over priced or over fancy — just basic toppings combined simply and oven baked.
This was the best gluten free base I have ever tasted, it is a big problem for allergic or intolerant people to find a nice quality base that doesn’t dry out and they sometimes even taste like cardboard.
I will be back to try some non gluten free specials just to check the consistency of course :)
