Description

Specialties

Ballarat Iyengar Yoga teaches Iyengar yoga for beginners and experienced students. We have workshops each term break.

We are in a bright sunny modern space with beautiful bamboo floors, upstairs at 9 – 11 Little Bridge Street, opposite the huge parking precinct (2 hours free) and 10 metres from Coliseum Walk and the pedestrian crossing. You won’t need to bring any equipment, just yourself.

We teach yoga via the Iyengar method focusing on alignment, timing of poses, sequencing, use of props and the interweaving of yoga philosophy into our practice.
