Brioche Bakery and Café is an artisan bakery and café.
We specialise in organic sourdough bread, spelt bread and rye bread as well as sourdough pastry products, which are all baked onsite. We use a traditional slow ferment method, with no commercial «improvers», making our bread taste better and easier to digest.
We also offer quality take home meals made daily, that are preservative free, low GI, gluten free and dairy free.
We also offer catering packages or we can customise your catering to suit your specific requirements.
