Little Darling Diner

Overall: Gorgeous restaurant, delicious food but a bit pricey which means I would reserve this for special occasions.
Price: A bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it.
Taste: Food was spectacular. The Steak is so tender.
Décor: Gorgeous, cute and very french.

Just recently opened. The bottles of Moet and Chandon on the window caught me by surprise; so I thought to myself: why not check this establishment out? Trying to be too formal for a casual locale, yet it is all tending to flow in quite well at the moment.
It is a little French establishment trying so hard to make a name of itself right here in Balmain. Well La Boheme has done it, and has managed to pull it off; so here’s hoping that a brand new little restaurant in the old Fish and Chip shop precinct of Balmain is able to achieve similar great results. Only time will tell.
The food isn’t too bad, although the service could do with a little bit of work; maybe the latter might improve as the staff become more experienced. They have hit the mark on «little» because the building is so small; that it is amazing that any quality food comes out of it at all; although the roast duck and the seafood varieties gave my tastebuds a real good run for their money.
I am not too sure if I will come back to this establishment in a hurry; maybe I just need to have a bit more faith in this establishment, and with French dining in general.
