I already knew that Manager here, Nigel, is marvellous. His customer service is outstanding, he always does his best for me and always has a smile and warm welcoming manner. But now I also know that the Optometrist here, Lois, is very good too. She is caring, she makes me feel like I am getting her full attention and that she cares about how she works with me. I will be transferring my visits to here, rather than my previous OPSM location near my office in the city. Well done, keep it up.
