The Hub is THE place to be when you are in Bathurst it seems.
Everyone in town is probably here on a Sunday Brunch, so make sure that you call in and book a table. There are indoor and courtyard seating, and most were reserved when I visited. Fast forward an hour and there was a sign put up advising people that they are full. An advised return time is indicated and take away is available.
Service is friendly with the sad exception that four legged friends aren’t allowed even in the outdoor area. This is probably the most disappointing detail, but grab a takeaway instead and sit at the nearby park watching the ducks.
Food is good and I was informed that coffee here is great. Just make sure you remember to call ahead!
