Larry, co-​managing director of M and A Bryan, is a trusted tradesman. Larry has been working for the business for 36 years and shares the role of managing director with his wife, Caroline.
Just the other day Larry completed an exquisite patio for my parents, one that he drew the plans for, constructed and painted himself. I saw Larry’s original plans and was left in awe of his architectural abilities.
My mum heard about Larry through word of mouth. She saw some of his work at a friend’s house a few years ago and was so captivated by it she knew she’d found her tradie!
Since then Larry has painted my parents house completely, beautifully renovated two bathrooms and given an aging kitchen a lively new lease of life.
Larry is a genuine bloke and has the utmost respect and courtesy for everyone he meets. He is more than hard working and a joy to have around the place.
I will actually miss his stories about mayhem and hilarious mishaps in the building world. I swear to God, if this man wasn’t busy being a world class builder, he’d have no problems making it as a comedian.
I often tell him he should write a book full of tradesman’s tales. I’d buy a copy and I reckon lots of other people would too.
