With a culmination of local and international experience over a 20 year period, Nick and Sonia’s focus is to highlight the exceptional local produce of Central Victoria and to develop relationships with the farmers and primary producer’s creating a direct link from paddock to plate ethos.

Masons of Bendigo has a choice of spaces that will suit your parties, we can offer two private rooms one seating up to 25 people and a smaller room seating 10 or for your event book the entire dining room.

History

Established in 2011.

Transforming the dining style of Bendigo, Masons was the first to introduce a casual, share style dining experience allowing the opportunity to graze through the menu enjoying a number of flavours.

Since opening in 2011, Masons has been awarded the Regional as well as State Golden Plate Award, Golden Plate ‘Best Chef’ award, Powercor Bendigo Business Excellence Award in the Tourism/​Hospitality category, as well as receiving a ‘Certificate of Excellence’ two years running by TripAdvisor with a consistent Number 1 ranking for Bendigo. Also awarded a ‘Chefs Hat’ by the Australian Good Food Guide & inclusion & score in The Age Good Food Guide both years.

With over 20 years of culinary experience, French and English food styles feature on Nick’s menus from his experiences in London and Melbourne, whilst Asian flavours have evolved from his time with Teage Ezard @ Ezards and as Executive Sous Chef at the Ritz Carlton Millenia in Singapore.
