With nearly 20 years experience in retail butcher shops, working at high profile locations such as Peter bouchiers in Toorak, and manager of Cannings free range butchers flagship store in Kew, it was time to move onto a high class ethical butcher shop of my own.
All our meats are of the highest standards, sourcing the finest grass fed free range beef and lamb, along with APIQ free range acorn fed pork, and quality La Ionica chemical free chicken.
