This bakery in Bexley is one of the few remaining local bakeries that hasn’t been eaten up by the baker’s delight chain stores. This store has all your simple favourites that are done like you remember and not fancied up or made into a mix and mass produced like the other chain store bakeries and chain store pie shops.
Their Cheese and Bacon rolls are extra cheesy and have large portions of bacon, their donuts are large and really soft and their potato pies are just like you used to get at the school tuck shop, slightly crispy with a soft potato centre and a firm pie crust with a warm, mince pie filling.
All the locals know this is the place to go and now you do to. Lucky you.
