There’s very decent coffee(Campos) available here. If you’re a regular get their loyalty card offering a buy 5 get 1 free option. This café also offers a range of tasty sweet and savory snacks(pasties, sesame pastry, muffins) for around $ 5. I recommend them all. The café spills a bit onto the pavement due to its hole-in-the-wall size(about 8 – 10 sqm). Any smaller and it could be packed in a milk-crate. But Jaffa’s size a big part of its charm. It’s got something cosy, and despite that seating is available, though limited. Ordinarily you’d see office or shop workers picking up their caffeine hit here. Given the small space the rustic interiors nicely enhance this café corner. You’ll see wrapping or box covers used as wall paper and other«country-style» décor. Another part of this café’s charm is that it is actually enjoyable to see a calm barista preparing your brew. Further down Oxford Street, The Junction is getting busier. But because this end of town is usually a vista for through-traffic, seeing a decent café here is good sight. The coffee has a winey tart taste to it with chocolaty aromas and a clean after-taste. A sharper alternative to most smooth, in-the-middle tastes.

Good coffee. Bean is Campos. I’ve had two coffees from here since they opened and both have been excellent with a dark crema and full flavour. I haven’t tried the food but today there was a good selection of meat/salad rolls, and pastries. Small amount of seating provided by low stools and crate tables — finding a seat is not a problem if you go early.
