Need a new bikini to rock at the beach this summer? The Big Swim has you covered. What is small in size makes up for the incredibly large swimwear collection that lines the walls from top to bottom inside. Stocking all shapes and sizes, cuts and styles, you would be hard pressed to not find a bikini you love in here. If you need help, the lady who runs the store knows body shapes and will be happy to put forward her two cents. The bikinis are on the pricier side of the scale but that never stops me from walking out of here with 2 or 3 new bikinis. You can never have too many, right?

The Big Swim may be an annual ocean race from Pearl to Whale beach, dating back to 1974, but in Bondi it doubles as a swimwear store. And a pretty darn good one at that. With an enviably good position right by the beachside Campbell Parade, this business has been cracking on for over 21 years. Who would have thought selling swimwear by Sydney’s most iconic beach would be big business?! It’s actually quite modest inside — and be prepared to fight the tourists — but the range is great. They stock Seafolly, Roxy, Watersun, Sunseeker and of course, Speedo. And bikini fans will be happy to know they sell separates, with tops ranging from A to F cups and bottoms from size 8 — 24. Buying swimmers can be a pretty traumatic experience — but with 21 years under their belts, The Big Swim have seen it all — and they’re happy to help.
