Changed from Hungry Jacks mainly for continuel order mistakes, & hello the same, for the life of me I now it becomes very busy but how hard is it read a screen, I normally never complain but enough is enough, to say we are training new staff all the time is treating people with contempt, then when youve pointed out their error they repackage your meal and yes coldit is by the time you get home. Really Pick you game up. I’m very disappointed in the response & the way I was treated. Just a tip you do good service people will tell about 5 people, give bad service they’ll tell up to 20 people you do the maths.
