Blue Lemon Big Baguette Bar

If I’m in a hurry and walk straight past the Blue Lemon and skip my coffee & Vegemite toast in the morning I really miss it and I’m usually back down as soon as I get a break to rectify my haste! For $ 3.50 for a large coffee and slice of toast with every 10^th one free you can’t go wrong.
The baguettes at lunch are a great quick option and they have plenty of seating (including some comfy couches) to sit and relax.

This place offers fresh baguettes and beverages to go with them at a not bad price. It’s great if you’re working in the AngloAmerican building or nearby and just want a really quick and simple lunch or brekkie.

Sometimes, between waking up, showering, getting dressed, and taking public transport, it can be hard to fit in breakfast. This can result in a McMuffin at the train station or a ridiculously priced croissant elsewhere. If you’re hungry for some morning sustenance and don’t want to spend all your lunch money at once, head to Blue Lemon. They do ridiculously cheap toast + coffee deals in the mornings and will do away with that gnawing hungry feeling in no time at all.
Be warned, you do get what you pay for and you may require a sugar in your coffee, as it can be quite bitter. At that hour of the morning my main coffee requirement is caffeine content so I don’t really mind (but you might). If that’s not your thing, drop by at lunchtime and choose from their wide range of fresh baguettes and sandwiches. The staff are always lovely and catering is also available.
