Caffe di Moda

I haven’t seen many places in Brisbane where you can get an all-​day breakfast with coffee for $ 11.90. It includes a decent serving of all your hot breaky favourites like bacon, eggs, toast, tomato, and something reminiscent of a hash brown/​flat potato gem.
Caffe di Moda also has a great location (which keeps me coming back) with a constant cool breeze, friendly wait staff, menu variety and deliciously balanced mochas.
The not so 5-​star aspects of my experience were: the near-​20 minute waiting time, the complimentary pepper that was cracked on my dress, dehydrated bacon (which probably explains the waiting time), and surprise additional charge of $ 1.50 because we ordered mochas instead of cappuccinos with the breakfast (understandable but it would have been nice to know when ordering)
Overall, it’s the kind of place you can easily forgive for its cons, though, thanks to its convenient cool location (also good for people watching!) and tasty menu.
