Directional Business Solutions started in 2014 through my passion to help support both employees and employers with their performance, careers and achieve success.

By providing my insight; with various industry experiences together with my education I love the challenge to find solutions to help make improvements and achieve success for those around me.

I have a vast array of experience in many different industries including teaching in primary and high schools in both Victoria and Regional Queensland; the Mining Industry, Logistics, Sales, Human Resources, Telecommunications, and the Health and Recreation industry.

In 2015, I am very excited to announce the next step for Directional Business Solutions as we will shortly onboard a new consultant, that will focus on helping businesses with Reliability Engineering, equipment up time, maintenance system and maintenance management.

This give Directional Business Solutions the ability to now provide a complete solution for your business improvement projects.
