History

Established in 1993.

Mulder+Kennedy Architects is a creative practice with two partners who have more than forty years combined experience in Australia and overseas. This has included working with developments in the fields of Residential, Leisure and Recreation, Tourism, Commercial, Retail, Educational and Industrial buildings.

Mulder+Kennedy Architects develop a management service for each project that combines design evaluation, communication of ideas and documentation skills. The practice was established with residential work, and continue to develop site-​specific solutions within this area of expertise. We seek to resolve the intent and potential of planning and building legislation, in tandem with statutory authorities, for the most effective resolution of our client’s brief. This establishes value by design from feasibility to final certificates.
