Not great. Ordered the standard supreme meal, as they had run out of ingredients for the burger with the lot. Burgers are pretty small, although the chicken breast is rather thick. The chicken didn’t seem super fresh though, like it had been sitting in a warmer box or had been part cooked then onto the grill. Bun light and floury, rather tasty bread. Fries not too bad, cooked from frozen, larger then French fries, with a spicy seasoning. For ~$ 16 for the meal with a small drink and fries, this is on the higher end of the scale for fast food. Unfortunately the size and quality of the burger didn’t live up to expectations.

I’m a huge fan of Nando’s so I basically need to try each and every one in the city. This particular Nando’s is within the Myer Center fairly close to the«back» entrance that opens up to Elizabeth St. So the food is pretty standard Nando’s. Nothing particularly different about this place versus the others. Good grilled chicken with the relevant spices and add a side of chips with peri peri seasoning. Depending on how hungry I am, I can go quarter to half a chicken. Now it’s primarily the service that I’ll need to comment on. It seems like this place always has new hires/trainees on staff because they almost always have a sign that asks the customers to be patient. I’ve been here probably 4 or 5 times and without fail, I’ve run into a trainee working the cash register each time. From the looks of it, there’s a pretty high staff turnover at this location so be prepared to wait a little bit for your food. Overall though it’s really not a bad place in the mall for a decent consistently flavored meal. Just be aware that the wait times could be pretty variable.
