Established in 2012.

Adventure is at the heart of Sky Dance. We are a passionate team of experienced guides, that know the area as well as it can be known. The idea for Sky Dance was conceived by Joshua Groth (Managing Director and Founder). An all round adventure enthusiast, and lover of the outdoors.

Business Owner

Joshua is a multi-​skilled outdoors enthusiast with a passion for adventure and flight. Raised in the high-​country of the Rocky Mountains above the town of Boulder Colorado, USA, Joshua has a great appreciation for the mountains, rivers, environment and our co-​existence with nature and the elements. From a young age, Joshua engaged professionally and recreationally in a range of outdoor and flight-​related pursuits; while learning to fly light aircraft, high-​performance wing-​suits and paragliders in the mountains, he also developed rock climbing and hiking/​mountaineering skills and considered them as base skills for any adventurer. In 2012, Joshua completed a Bachelor of Aviation and a Graduate Diploma of Aviation Management at Griffith University in Brisbane Australia.
