Telstra Store Brisbane

This review refers to Telstra’s on-​line service and merchandising regarding broadband internet wireless, a service which refuses to work on my computer. And my siblings’ computers. And a friend or two.
Those having major issues with Telstra can book online to have a personal interview at stores such as this one.
My emailed complaint to Telstra, detailed below, sums up my thoughts on its wireless connection service.
To: Telstra
Don’t get me wrong. I love being on hold. Sometimes I call Centrelink or Origin Energy just so I can sit back in my chair, plug in the headphones and blast Chopin’s mazurkas. He is like the most awesome Polish composer when it comes to today’s on-​hold music. If you can think of a better way of imagining yourself dancing at your coming-​out ball 200 years ago, I’d like to hear about it.
My complaint regards a situation today when I was trying to listen, unmolested, to the Telstra on-​hold music. After about half an hour of Heaven, a lightning-​quick human female voice interrupted my enraptured reverie, asking me what my problem was. Understandably somewhat startled at hearing a human voice, I spoke to her about being locked out of my Telstra wireless internet prepaid account owing to an allegedly incorrect voucher number. (I stupidly attempted to correctly punch it in online three times.)
It was such a fun story we decided to go over it three times, then I was offered the chance to listen to the dulcet music of 1800s Russian royalty, then after 15 minutes the voice returned. I was ultimately told that my voucher no., serial number and supplied location were unrecognizable and to «take it up with who you bought it from».
Is there a greater feeling in the world than calling an expensive customer service number from a friend’s phone and after 45 minutes resolving nothing? I didn’t think there was (well maybe hang-​gliding), but it turned out I was wrong. After double-​checking with the female voice that the «suspension» on my recharge account had been lifted, I bought a new voucher tonight and was suspended online again.
I have a few simple questions. 1. What happens if you are suspended twice? Does this mean I’m expelled, like at school? 2. The American female voice on the phone was super-​fast, high-​pitched and I could barely understand what she was saying (and I lived in North America for several years). Do you guys speed the human voices up on purpose and live in hydrogen tanks? 3. What happens if you switch the on-​hold music from Chopin to a nice Canon in D? 4. Do you have my phone number on file, and if so do you understand that you must call me from a Karene Approved Only (KAO) number, otherwise it’s not a free call?
