TEQUILA SUNRISE ENLIGHTENMENT
Yes the food was tasty and delicious.
Yes the service was exemplary (and I’ve eaten in hundreds of restaurants in dozens of countries) as: the manager asked me how I was enjoying my meal, Amanda has a compassionate directness and genuine desire to give customers an impeccable level of service that’s vastly more memorable than her strikingly voluptuous figure, and Alex who served me most was friendly and helpful through the whole evening (he even recommended I didn’t buy desert — honestly how often do you get that!).
Most importantly he opened my eyes to the world of Tequila, there are levels of finesse, maturity and years of aging that previously I’ve only associated with Scottish Whiskey.
