Felt it was time to purge the body of any nasties so when I googled ‘Colonics’, I’m fortunate this led me to Brunswick Hollistic Health. Leanne was so lovely & put me at ease as a first timer — and now I’m a regular! It’s hard to believe this little retreat from the world is just behind the hustle & bustle of a loud Sydney Road. The only reason I haven’t given this 5 stars is due to the fact their specialist in Chinese medicine is only avail Thursday’s which doesn’t work with my schedule when I tried to book in for cupping & acupuncture. Overall though, I’m happy & will recommend them to anyone.

I have been here several times for deep tissue massages. I am really picky when it comes to massages as I have had to many to count. Each time I have been I have enjoyed it. I asked for my massages really firm and they deliver just that which is great when thats what you like. On your first time you fill out a form that asks you how you like the pressure and if you like to be talked during the service. I have also brought 2 salt lamps from here and they are great!

Tucked around the back of the Hardwick Building on Lygon St, Brunswick Holistic Health is secluded and off the beaten path just a little. Colonic Irrigation at it’s finest, this place offer several treatments in their self-​application room downstairs, all very safe and inviting. Consultation is available to those who require it, as well as all manner of supplements and helpful boosters for all your ailments. The owner is very into discovering causes over treating symptoms, and very approachable and conversational. Open most days, with appointments available til later in the day, there is almost no excuse to not feel healthy.
