Keith Hulstaert is a qualified Holistic Counsellor registered with the Australian Counselling Association as well as an EFT (Faster Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Faster EFT (Emotionally Focused Transformations) specialist. Keith also teaches meditation from the premises in Terang Avenue and conducts his counselling practice from the same location. For your convenience Keith conducts one on one sessions with clients on Monday and Thursday evenings as well as Saturdays.
The EFT work is transformative and is useful in relieving the suffering caused by so many of life’s unforeseen events. EFT is particularly useful for such things as substance dependencies, PTSD, past trauma and phobias to name just a few. Instead of years of therapy consider a few sessions of EFT instead and experience the results for yourself.
History
Established in 2001.
Keith started his counselling and meditation teaching practice after selling a successful retailing business. The move was a gradual one over a number of years prior to this and was a result of people’s requests to learn meditation, receive spiritual guidance and counselling therapy from Keith. These are subjects that Keith is passionate about having presented overseas and in Australia on the subject of Energy Psychology and now considered one of Australia’s top practitioners.

Keith has both a private counselling practice in Melbourne, Australia and is the Human Resources Manager for Australia’s largest privately owned retail photographic chain. He has a strong teaching interest in Energy Psychology and Meditation delivering courses to professionals, Transpersonal and Holistic Counselling students and the general public. He has researched, developed and tutored a teacher training program in meditation.
