I came here with my niece because she needed to do some banking. I’ve notice banking in Australia is a bit different than in the States. As soon as we entered the bank, we were greeted by someone and asking us what kind of service we needed so she can enter into her iPad. From there we just sit and wait. As we were sitting I noticed that there were several self service counters where you can: –view, update or open an account –transfer money or pay a bill –activate your card or change a pin There were several ATMs inside and outside of the bank. If you need to do any other transactions, then you can walk all the way to the end of the bank. Furthermore, if you need to sit down with someone to go over your account, you can too!
