New Thai on Burke Rd has some balls opening a few doors up from the fantastic Trinitas Thai, but despite the unassuming décor (it could be a café or any generic restaurant really) Thai Signature is super impressive.
Huge call, but here it is: This is the best Massaman Beef Curry I have had, ever. It’s hella rich, so it’s not like you could put it away night after night but for every now and again — amazing. I would swim in that sauce if I could.
Everything else we tried was also top notch. On the more expensive side of the scale for Thai, but it is Camberwell… and if I had to I would pay double for that Massaman!
