2.5 stars but I’ll give it 3 to be nice. Stopped in for a sandwich as I was walking along Parramatta Rd and needed a quick bite to eat. I was told that the sandwich I had chosen was unavailable as they had run out of one of the ingredients. I asked to substitute that for another ingredient and they told me it would be a dollar more. I said that was fine and then they said actually they don’t make that sandwich any more and it shouldn’t be on the menu. They upsold me to another sandwich instead which was $ 8.50 and nowhere near the size you’d expect for that price. I went through it in about six bites. It was a pretty average sandwich, though it claimed to have about ten different ingredients(I don’t think they all made it to the sandwich). On the upside the lady who served me was very nice and friendly and it looked like the sort of place that would do a good coffee, so I would give it another try if I was passing by and needed a coffee. I just might go elsewhere for the sandwich.

Eggs and bacon bun was good and so was the coffee. The coffee beans were different too — franki shi. This was the first time I had it. I had a cap and it was smooth and not too strong. The price is good also $ 8.50. In Camperdown/Annandale just a bacon and egg roll is $ 8 — so definitely a good deal. The only downside was I had to ask for the coffee since they forgot about it. It annoyed me since a couple of guys who ordered 10 min after me got their coffee and egg bun. The barista didn’t apologise either. They need to clear tables sooner too. I’ll still come back though since it seemed like an honest mistake.
