Not bad food for the price you pay. Service at the carousel store could leave a little to be desired after we had to sit at a dirty table for 10 minutes before asking one of the staff to clear it, also had to put some leftovers in a takeaway container ourselves which is usually done for you. Food is consistent and well flavoured and service is usually good. Would favour the Subiaco or Kalamunda stores over this one.

Hans is what it is … its not as cheap as I remember but food is still the same. Chicken breast was used not thigh which is always a bonus in my book. Taste was ok, plainish … but didnt expect anything more …

Always enjoy a Hans when visiting the Movies at night, Rarely get it wrong, though sometimes the waits are crazy!

I have to admit I am one of those people who goes to Hans and has the same thing every time and I’ve only been disappointed once. The meals are cheap and the service is extremely fast(ESP if you sit in a booth and place the order yourself rather than waiting for the waiter). I always order the spring rolls for an entrée and the only time I can say I’ve been dissatisfied is when they don’t give you enough chilli sauce to go with them. For a main course I always order the chilli chicken with a side of steamed rice and its always hot(spicy) enough. I don’t believe I have ever ordered a desert because I rarely get through the entrée and a main course. The drinks are quick but could have a bigger range of soft drinks. The alcohol menu is extensive which is good for those who like to who have a drink with their meal. Overall I love going to this place and I will admit in the past I used to go at least once every week. I will definitely be going back again

Can’t really say a lot of good things for Han’s café other than, take a booth because ordering is as simple as a touch screen. Other than that the experience here is rather cheap. The food leaves a lot to be desired and given that it’s in a major shopping centre, I would prefer to eat elsewhere than Han’s. That being said, if your on a tight budget and want a cheap sit down meal, then this is the place for you. Just expect that the food will be similar to some of the meals you would have in Bali. On the upside the bar is rather well stocked, but nothing over the top(I always think a good drink will get me over the bad food!) Avoid this one…

Since the loss of the Foundry from Carousel, Hans is one of a handful of places to eat if you are looking to dine before a movie. The only reason we continue to go here is because you can usually count on them to be fast and relatively cheap. The service is well below average, even for Perth standards. The restaurant is looking tired and needs a major clean and refurbish, some of the booth seats are all ripped and worn. The food is usually fairly ok, even bordering on good sometimes, but there has been more than one instance where one of us has ended up not feeling the best after eating here. Hans have fallen far since their heyday and I would love to see them back on form because they can offer a good cheap alternative to other options in the area.
