Established in 2003.

Carr Financial Services was established to provide a premium home loan and finance advice service in 2003

In 2011 we relocated to our present premises and last year the business was re-​branded as Loanscape to fully encapsulate our values: transparency, loyalty and long term relationships.

Meet the Business Owner

Bruce C.

Business Owner

Our principal, Bruce Carr, came to the finance industry after a long and successful career as a professional engineer. He was Business Applications Director with a global engineering firm with responsibility for risk review of major projects throughout South East Asia. This brings a unique to perspective to finance with a keen understanding of the management of risk and the importance of quality control.

Bruce has a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. He is an Accredited Mortgage Consultant member of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia.
