We have a team of 20 enthusiastic, like minded and well trained consultants and support staff who are all local residents and share the same passion for the Shire and the work we do. Established in 2001.

Newton Real Estate was established in 2001 by founder David Newton servicing residents of The Shire with buying, selling and renting property. We’re talking property, we know property and we love property.

Our focus is on providing an exceptional level of service to clients by a team who are committed to team work, systems and new communications technologies.

The business operates with a strong service model at its core. We are focused on providing clients with the best possible results and our team are committed to keeping to our code of ethics, highlighting team work and implementing systems and technologies that work best for you.

Most of our business comes from repeat customer and referrals but also as a result of our investment into marketing and training aided by our association with leading industry bodies, Real Estate Results Network, Best Practices and the Real Estate Institute.

Realising a lifelong goal to own his own business David, in 2001 brought together a team of local, enthusiastic and highly trained staff all with the same client focused attitude.
