This new café stands where few other struggling cafes used to stand. With its red wall and simple décor, they’re trying hard to be noticed. So, there I was, eager to try the new café. But reading their breakfast menu, they don’t have a lot on offer. I went with The Big Breakfast. Let me tell you the good things about their Big Breakfast, two perfectly poached eggs, generous amount of mushrooms that are nicely seasoned and roasted sweet cherry tomatoes. But that’s where it stops. The hashbrowns were horrible I can’t eat more than a few bites, the toasts are one of those cheap white toast and the bacon could’ve been crispier. I’ll give half points for the great service. The staff were efficient and courteous. Their coffees are not bad, but not the best either. I might come back, would love to see how they improve with time.
