There’s just something so great about renting DVD’s from smaller stores. I’m not sure what it is but I’ve never been a fan of large chain stores like Blockbuster or VideoEzy.
Perhaps it’s the rebel in me or just the fact that I like to support the under dogs, whoever they may be.
Video Busters on Glenhuntly Road has therefore been my most recent go-​to place to get DVD’s for lazy stay in weekends. Tuesdays are my particular favourite day at Video Busters because they do a fabulous tight-​arse deal, where all DVD’s cost just $ 1 to rent — no matter how old or new! You can’t get much for 1 buck these days but at least at Video Busters, you know you can have a full 2-​hours of entertainment at home for exactly that!
They also have daily deals and specials so you can rent movies throughout the week, without feeling the pinch.
