Zara

I am not a regular Zara shopper, especially here in Australia where the prices are inflated compare to overseas and the quality of merchandise is poor. I guess they have to arrive at the cheap price somehow — lots of polyesters and the like. The customer service is appalling in Doncaster store — the staff is so full of self– importance and very pretentious.
I just bought a blue jacquard blazer and wore it over the white top — the blue dye rubbed off onto the white and now it is all stained. I was hautily advised by the «store manager» to go and wash it. There was no willingness to help in any way.
I think they work under the motto of ‘We are always right and if you don’t like our polyesters and attitude don’t shop here’, which I will follow– give me great staff in Country Road next door any day!

Does it say something about me for the fact that I am reviewing this place? But since I am an elite. With being an elite comes an elite responsibility.
Though I am not really big on this fashion scene. I really like the quality of their products at mid price levels. They have consistently been of a good quality and I have to say I like their products.
One big BIG problem that I have with their products is there is a tag in every item that goes on to bite and if you take them out the whole peice will tear apart. I just don’t get why they have to have that permenantly in there. Maybe because the top executives who design and manufacture the label is either too rich to wear their own labels or the ones in the bottom of food chain is too poor to be able to afford them. Nevertheless that is one of my first world problems and I like them fixed please.
The men and kids section are at the below level and at the top is an entire floor dedicated to all the beautiful women (surprise surprise).

ZARA — I LOVE YOU!!! :)
I’ve been shopping in Zara stores in US (NYC, Miami, San Fran), Thailand (Bangkok) and Australia (Sydney, Melbourne) and I LOVE IT! Especially when there’s a sale!
They have modern fashion and the sales are always extra sweet!
Can’t wait to go again! There is always something I want! :)
