This store is calm, spacious and a pleasure to be in. The staff(as in all Apple Stores) are super helpful. I discovered a strange purple streak appearing in the camera of my iPhone 5 at 7.20pm tonight. Jumped on the website and saw there were still Genius Bar appointments available, made one for 8.20pm. Walked in at 8.12pm, and was served immediately. After a short assessment of my phone, they let me know what they had done to assess it, and that they couldn’t actually figure out what was causing the problem. At 8.35pm I walked out of the store with a new iPhone, no cost, no questions asked. One very happy customer!

I booked an iPhone appointment one Saturday afternoon because my top ‘on’ but had been playing up and was ‘sticky’. As soon as i walked in I was able to talk to a team member(blue T-shirts are so easy to find amongst a crowd) and was directed immediately to a free team member. It took me all of about 8 minutes to receive a new iPhone 5 — transactions done through an iPad, just needed my Apple ID. This store is great, plenty of products at the ready to sample and the staff are not annoying like I have heard they are at another brands store — Experience? All my products from Apple have been purchased here except for my iPad which was purchased on the spirit of the moment at the Sydney store. Tip is to make sure you back up on your iTunes before you come if you need to exchange a product.(yes, I did).

I like this Apple store so much more than Chadstone. I am also very addicted to the easy pay system where you can scan and pay of an item with your iPhone. If you are visiting a Apple store make sure you have the Apple store app on your iPhone. As I said you can purchase items with it, and also check in to your appointments without finding the right person. All too easy. The genius bar is worth it. Out of warranty iPad with physical damage swapped over for $ 280 odd. Better than insurance and cheaper than a new one.

I was here the other day because there was something wrong with my iPhone. The guy at the Genius bar was very helpful, cheched out the problem, and gave me a replacement no questions asked. He even took the time to answer a few problems. The only thing was that it took me a while to check into my reservation because there was only 1 guy with the ‘green’ iPad and he was assisting with another customer. All in all it was a seamless experience.
