History

Established in 2014.

Australian Probate Lawyers recognised the growing need for people to get their affairs in order. Through their research some startling statistics came to light.

Let me explain…

I’ll begin with an interesting fact: over 60% of Australians DO NOT have a last will and testament in place. Without that legal document, the government intervenes when you die, to sort out your estate.

People are shocked to learn this. And, they’re as upset by their hard-​earned money being appropriated as they are thinking that their family will be left in a very difficult situation, maybe without funds to run their everyday lives.

Australian Probate Lawyers was formed to address this issue

Two of the key issues they have addressed is firstly, the having a Law Clerk offer a no obligation consultation in the clients home together with access to a Specialist Lawyer. Business Owner

Originally from the industrial City of Manchester in the UK, Russell and Noeline, his wife of 38 years emigrated to Australia in the 70’s.

They have four grown up children, all boys. They’ve lived in the Chermside/​North Brisbane area for over 20 years.

As Russell said, «I wasn’t born with a silver spoon in my mouth, it was more like a pick & shovel but I had a terrific childhood growing up in the North of England with supportive parents that taught me about the importance of character, personal value’s and loyalty».

Over the years Russell had witnessed the trauma caused in the life of loved one’s when people had failed to have their affairs in order.

Looking for new ways that he felt could make a difference in the lives of others he decided to work with people outside of a corporate environment, Russell found Australian Probate Lawyers.
